Album Rcdg- A special night

just got home from a super super super good Hillsong album recording night at the Sydney Entertainment Centre:

the new songs are really nice, esp the worship songs..the praise songs are not too bad too, but a few of them are also in the new united album. was just abit sad that i dint get to go to the mash pit! (the part right infront of the stage) i duno how pple got there cuz its a different enterance.. but next yr i will find out! =)

tonight was pretty special for me.. not just cuz it was my first recording session, but there was one song in particular that Darlene lead that really ministered to me.. it brought me back to God.. i mean, i've been going to church & praying & doing all the 'right' things, but the hectic sch timetable i hve now & the studying & just trying to keep up with things has made me feel quite burnt out.. some nights i go to bed so tired & i just fall asleep praying halfway or don't do my QT cuz i'm so tired. & i tink God really wanted me to know that i needed to go back to my First Love & remember that He's the one whom i should draw my strengths from & not try to push & struggle in murky waters. & also that i should not fear the new and unexpected things, not be afraid of what pple think of me. my issues with insecurity tie in with body image & the need to meet up to expectations.. which has become so draining. so... WHAT THE HECK right! =D hence forth i must live up to one, & ONLY ONE, expectation-> God's Will for me! =)))
