Merry Christmas

We went to church today.. That's Me & the parents... and God has really proven He answers prayers. =D

In the first place, I never expected dad to even agree to go to church! but he did, and that in itself was already a prayer answered.. Plus, Both mum and dad raised their hands at the end of the service.. u know, at the part when the music goes all soft and airy-fairy, when the pastor speaks in gentle tones, and asks pple who would like to be prayed for and for those who wanted to have God's peace in their hearts to raise their hands.. i dun tink this means that my parents can now be called Christians per se, but it definitely is a HUGE step forward... & me with little faith woke up this morning thanking God that we were going to church together, but didn't expect this miracle of Christmas to be granted to me. Praise God! =D my dad's friend has known him for more then 30 years has been praying for that long as well.. ( i reckon, not sure exactly how long) both of us were teary and really happy to see them accept God's love on this special morning.. =)

I'm really grateful that they have taken this one step closer to God, and thank Him so so so much for having created this opportunity.. i've prayed for 4 yrs plus for this change, and who knows how many others and for how long my parents' Christian friends, and my mum's relatives have prayed together with me. This is the beginning of salvation i know... & the beginning of more peace and love in this house. =D Indeed, prayer works!
