headaches are scary..

oh yes, they are. at least the one last night was really really bad.. my head was so 'gone'.. loud laughs from the room next to ours dint help.. i couldn't really concentrate on cg.. sigh. it was bad.. plus, the pain became to bad that i began to feel like puking. really strong urges. which unfortunately i held back far too long.. so once cell finished i just had to go to the toilet. i actually didn't want to do 'it' in the sch's toilet.. toilets in union can be quite dirty, which only serves to increase the gross feeling all the more! but when it wants to come out, nothing can stop it.. =/

but thankew lou for sending me home.. hmm but i know u wanted me to get home asap, but cuz u were driving so fast & it was bumpy.. that honestly didn't help my nausea.. =p haha.. gosh i can even laugh about it now! so i puked again when i got home.. the pain & nausea was so overwhelming, & i could only cry out to Him to take it away. *sob*

but He helped, definately. cuz i popped 2 panadol pills & forced myself to slp.. & i woke up early this morn feeling refreshed & clear of anymore pain/nausea. =D *yippie!*

well, according to my sister, there's a correlation between nausea and headaches- the headache in ur brain will trigger nausea as it takes control. which brings me to the scary thought... its as if like an alien being or smtg has control over me.. & the forces of good & evil are fighting a war in my head. gosh.. scary ya!?!

sigh.. moral of the story:

1. have enough rest the night before a scheduled long day.
2. always pack panadol in ur bag for emergencies like this!
3. see a doctor if u have symptoms like mine! don't self medicate like me ok hehee..

*an update: after research online.. i've come to the conclusion that it was a migraine.
