ok after many months of debating & headache.. not to mention countless times i've been nagged at by my parents.. i'm FINALLY going to move to Bouverie Close.. dad called his fren, who so happened to have an arpt available to rent. so we're getting it at $280pw, which i still feel is a tad too expensive. but well its fully furnished, & cuz its his friend, dad somehow can't bring himself to bargain the price. =/ sigh.. i guess its good also la. living alone has its perks- i can do anything i want, no need to consider others' ( except perhaps my neighbours heehee). & it will mean i can spend ample time with God since i won't be disturbing anyone with my singing & playing & praying etc. no one will disturb me too hmm.. =D

well i Was praying for God to help me get a place.. & the next day when dad called his friend to enquire abt buying property in melb, we got offered this arpt. so, i guess this place is God-sent. which is really good.. hehe cuz it means His blessings are upon the house oredi. =)
