today i've experienced a real taste of being poor- having absolutely NO MONEY.. not even 10cts in my wallet..

I dint hve enough cash & so tried to pay for my stuff by NETS.. but i forgot the most impt thing about my PIN NO... that in S'pore, the pin is 6 digits! i thot it was 4 like in Melb.. so i keyed in 4 digits only & after 3 tries, the card got rejected.. =( so i had to borrow money from my friend to pay.. den we went to the ATM, thinking that perhaps the shop's NETS thingy was spoilt or smtg.... but worse still, my card got swallowed by the machine.. =/ sigh. so silly right!??

so i had only $0.70 cts in my wallet at that time.. & my EZ-Link card already registered -$0.35 by the time i reached somerset mrt to meet my sis.. so i was stuck man.. & i was so hungry & thirsty but i dint even have enough money to buy a drink! sigh..

so with my last $0.70, i went to 7-11 to try to find smtg cheap enough to buy.. & thank God! in the fridge i spotted a packet of soy milk that cost exactly $0.70! =D hehe.. so that was a temporary thirst & hunger quencher.

finally after i met up wif my sis den i managed to recharge my ez-link card & made my way home.. =)
